FORMALIZATION OF PLANNING PROCEDUREPRODUCTION PROCESS OF THE COMPLEX INDUSTRIAL PATTERNS OF VERTICAL INTEGRATION

This article proposes formalization of the planning procedure for the process of production concerning vertically integrated industrial complex. The framework of the approach is to represent the complex in the form of multiple interconnected enterprises and each cycle of the production process in the form of a network graph. Where the arcs correspond to the sub-processes of the general production process, the vertices embody events comprising the completion of certain sets of the sub-processes. In this representation, the planning procedure for each cycle of the production process consists of consolidation of the specified subprocesses behind the enterprises of the complex and establishing the time of their beginning and end, i.e., to create an appropriate year plan. The purpose of its creation is formalized in the form of a nonlinear mathematical programming problem.

В статье предлагается формализация процедуры планирования производственного процесса вертикально интегрированного промышленного комплекса. Основой подхода является представление комплекса в виде нескольких взаимосвязанных предприятий и каждого цикла производственного процесса в виде сетевого графика. Где дуги соответствуют подпроцессам общего производственного процесса, вершины воплощают события, включающие завершение определенных наборов подпроцессов. В данном представлении процедура планирования для каждого цикла производственного процесса состоит из консолидации указанных подпроцессов за предприятиями комплекса и установления времени их начала и окончания, т. е. создания соответствующего годового плана. Цель его создания формализована в виде задачи нелинейного математического программирования.
