ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ТРУДОВЫХ РЕСУРСОВ В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ СЕНЕГАЛ

Summary Manpower, together with the land, logistical and financial resources is the main factor of any production. This is especially important for the Republic of Senegal, whose agriculture is extensive. Among the positive trends we note an increase in the number of economically active population, most of who belong to the population of working age. Among the negative, we note the low quality and unchanged the productivity of labor. To change the situation, we recommend the creation of organizational and advisory services in the region, on the other - the introduction of advanced methods of agricultural production, new technology, in other words - innovation.
