ПРЕДПОСЫЛКИ РОСТА ЗАБОЛЕВАЕМОСТИ РОЗАЦЕА В ГОРОДЕ МОСКВА

Проблема розацеа приобретает все большее значение в современной дерматологии. Актуальность исследования обусловлена увеличением частоты манифестации розацеа в молодом возрасте, склонностью к постоянно рецидивирующему, торпидному течению, в том числе и из-за нерациональной терапии, недообследования функционального состояния других органов и систем, патология которых может отражаться на течении дерматоза, и самолечения. Снижение качества жизни молодого работоспособного населения связано с развитием тяжелых эстетических недостатков (ринофима, конглобатная розацеа).

PRECONDITIONS FOR GROWTH ROSAZEA IN MOSCOW

The problem of rosacea is becoming increasingly important in modern dermatology. The relevance of the study is due to the increase in the frequency of manifestation of rosacea at a young age, a tendency to constantly recurrent, torpid current, including due to irrational therapy, lack of investigation of the functional state of other organs and systems, the pathology of which may affect the state of dermatosis, and self-medication. The decline in the quality of life of young working-age population is associated with the development of severe aesthetic disadvantages (rhinophyma, conglobate rosacea).
