В статье анализируется уголовное законодательство Великобритании и США, предусматривающее ответственность за совершение компьютерных преступлений. Сравнивая законодательство этих стран, автор выявляет их сходство и различие.

Legislation of the Countries of the Anglo-Saxon System of Law in the Area of Combating Computer Crimes

The article analyzes the criminal legislation of the UK and the USA,which provide responsibility for committing computer crimes. Comparing the legislation of these countries, the author reveals their similarities and differences.
