ИСТОРИЯ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ПОЛИТИКО-ПРАВОВОЙ БАЗЫ ОТНОШЕНИЙ МЕЖДУ УКРАИНОЙ И НАТО

В статье рассматривается процесс формирования политико-правовой базы отношений между Украиной и НАТО, в рамках которой осуществляется сотрудничество этих двух международных акторов. Акцентируется внимание на том, что ключевые шаги в направлении строительства политикоправовой базы отношений были предприняты сторонами еще до «оранжевой революции» и прихода к власти на Украине политиков с атлантистскими взглядами.

The History of the Political and Legal Basics of Relations between Ukraine and NATO

The article was considered the process of formation of the political and legal basics of relations between Ukraine and NATO on which the cooperation of these two international actors are developed. The attention is focused on the fact that the main steps towards the construction of the political and legal basics of relations between them have been made before the «Orange Revolution» and the coming to power in Ukraine the politicians with atlantist views.
