В настоящей статье в поле авторского зрения находятся государственные (публичные) предприятия стран БРИКС — Бразилии, России, Китая и Южной Африки. К.М. Беликова и В.Ю. Ифраимов исследуют правовую природу и механизмы функционирования таких предприятий, нормы регламентирующих их деятельность правовых актов и документов, иные формы участия государства в экономическом обороте.

In this article state-owned (public) enterprises in the BRICS countries — Brazil, Russia, China and South Africa are in the field of author's view. Doctor of law, associate professor of the Department of civil and labour law of the Faculty of law of Peoples' Friendship University of Russia K.M. Ifraimov (e-mail: v.ifraimov@yandex.ru) investigate the legal nature and mechanisms of functioning of such enterprises, legal regulations regulating their activity, legal acts and documents, other forms of participation of the state in an economic turnover.
