Политические права имеют более длительную историю по сравнению с другими правами и свободами личности, их относят к первому поколению, так как это самое «старое» из общепризнанных прав человека. В Конституции КНР нет четкого и полного списка личных прав и свобод, не дано различий между политическими и личными правами и свободами.

The political rights have longer history in comparison with other rights and personal freedoms, them carry to the first generation, as this «oldest» of the conventional human rights. In the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China there is no accurate and complete list of the personal rights and freedoms, isn’t given distinctions between the political and personal rights and freedoms.
