Рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с антикризисным потенциалом бюджетно-налоговой политики в Российской Федерации. Упор делается на механизмы стабилизации цикла деловой активности с помощью автоматических стабилизаторов. Обосновывается система фискальных мер с разной степень антикризисного эффекта для системы централизованных финансов Российской Федерации.

THEORETICAL APPROACHES TO THE CONTRA-CYCLICAL GOVERNMENT FISCAL POLICY EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION

There are arguing the budgetary system' stabilization' problems, connected with the anty-crises potential of the fiscal policy in the Russian Federation in the article. The main accent is made on the stabilizing mechanism of the macroeconomic cycle with the help of the stabilizers. The author describes the fiscal measures' system differed by the anty-crises effect on the Russian Federation' centralized financial system.
