Реализация индивидуализированной учебной деятельности в современном массовом образовании

Информационная эпоха существенно изменяет требования и запросы к социальному институту образования. Существующая, веками сложившаяся система массового образования не отвечает современной социальной реальности. Это характерно для образования всех стран мира, но в каждом обществе они имеют свои особенности. Естественно, что существенную роль в этих процессах играет ускоренный переход от индустриального типа общества к информационному, развитие новых сложных и наукоемких технологий. Главным элементом общества становится человек, его индивидуальные навыки, умения, компетенции, мастерство, а само общество от массового стремительно движется в сторону индивидуализированного. К началу XXI века образование из элитарного и недоступного большинству населения, становится всеобщим, массовым, оно стремится к обеспечению равного доступа для всех слоев населения. Вместе с тем вызовы времени предполагают поиск решения проблемы, совмещения возможностей максимального доступа к образованию и его необходимой индивидуализацией, которая становится необходимым требованием именно нового информационного цифрового общества, общества знаний.

Implementation of individualized educational activity in modern mass education

The modern technological order, the globalization of the economy, the orientation toward the knowledge society form absolutely new challenges to all social institutions of society. This especially affects the institution of education and related systems: education, mentoring, profession. The information age is significantly changing the requirements to the social institution of education. The system of mass education, which has existed for ages, does no longer match the modern social reality. It is typical of education in all countries of the world; however, all they have their own peculiarities. Naturally, fast transition from the industrial to the information society, the development of new complex knowledge-intensive technologies plays a major role in this process. The main element of the society is now a person, his or her individual skills, abilities and competences. The society itself is quickly becoming individualized. By the beginning of the 21st century, education from the elite and inaccessible to the majority of the population, becomes universal, mass, it seeks to ensure equal access for all segments of the population. At the same time, the challenges of the time suggest finding a solution to the problem, combining the possibilities of maximum access to education and its necessary individualization, which is becoming a necessary requirement of the new information digital society, the knowledge society.
