Цивилизационные ограничения демократии: para bellum?

В статье рассматривается ситуация в отдельных странах и регионах Востока с точки зрения их развития в «соответствии» с «демократическими» идеями и взглядами Запада. Автор заключает, что в существующих условиях постоянно возрастающего западного давления отдельные локальные особенности обуславливают негативные сценарии, и выделяет индийский и китайский случаи как уникальные ввиду постоянной актуализации соответствующих цивилизационных (идейных) матриц.

The article discusses the situation in some Eastern countries and regions in terms of their development "according" to the "democratic" ideas and views of the West. The author concludes that in the existing conditions of the increasing Western pressure some local peculiarities cause the negative scenarios, and highlights the Indian and Chinese cases as unique due to the constant updating of relevant civilizational (ideological) matrix.
