РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ НОВОГО ГЕНОТИПА XANTHOMONAS CAMPESTRIS PV. CAMPESTRIS В РОССИИ В 2012 ГГ.

Black rot of brassicas is one of the most devastating diseases of vegetables across the World. Comparison of the pathogen strains collected at 2012 in different regions of Russia and other former USSR countries to the previously studied population MLST showed haplotype change occurred between 2007 and 2012. The new predominant type of the pathogen was similar to strain B100 from Germany.
