Stage-gate процесс управления НИОКР

В статье проанализирована общая система процесса выполнения научно исследовательских проектов. Рассмотрен метод управления НИОКР «Стадия - Переход» (Stage-Gate), как один из наиболее эффективных методов управления проектами, охватывающий все этапы разви тия проекта от его идеи до коммерческого запуска. Сформулированы преимущества и недостатки использования Stage-Gate процесса при управлении НИОКР.

Stage-gate process of R&D management

The authors of the article analyze the overall system of implementation process of R&D projects. The article deals with the method of R&D management «Stage-Gate», as one of the most effective methods of project management, covering all stages of project development from idea to its launch. The benefits and drawbacks of using Stage-Gate process in the management of R&D are articulated.
