СТАТУС ЛАОСА ПО РАЗВИТИЮ ЭНЕРГЕТИКИ

Актуальность темы определяется значительным гидроэнергетическим потенциал Лаоса, исходя из природных и климатических особенностей. Электричество играет важную роль в социально-экономическом развитии. Экспорт энергоносителей внес огромный вклад в национальную экономику благодаря притоку иностранной валюты. Секретарь межправительственной комиссии стран бассейна реки Меконг (MRC) подсчитал, что потенциал преобразования водных ресурсов в энергию по всей стране составляет около 18000 МВт (без учета основного потенциала реки Меконг). Благодаря своему расположению в центре субрегиона Большого Меконга, Лаос играет важную роль в развитии электросетей высоковольтных линий электропередачи. Таким образом, необходимо развивать распространение электросетей с соседними странами Азиатско субрегиона на внутреннем и субрегиональном уровне. Согласно национальному стратегическому плану Лаос будет экспортировать электроэнергию в соседние страны, такие как Таиланд, Вьетнам и Камбоджу. Независимые производители (IPP) в плане развития гидроэнергетики на экспорт энергоносителей в Таиланд на 2020г. установили объемом около 6507 МВт, во Вьетнам на 2020г. общая установленная мощность около 4446 МВт. [1] В настоящее время энергетический сектор, особенно гидроэнергетика, оказывают значительное влияние на экономический рост страны, формирование государственной политики, направленной на развитие отрасли, эффективного внутреннего потребления и экспорта, который анализируется в статье.

HYDROPOWER DEVELOPMENT PLANS AND PROGRESS IN LAOS

Laos, in connection with its natural and climatic features, has significant hydropower potential that determines the relevance of the topic. Electricity plays a crucial role in the national agenda for social and economic development. Therefore, the adequacy of electricity can be seen that the condition, which smoothen the socio-economic development. Energy exports have contributed enormously to the national economy through the influx of foreign currencies. Secretary of the Mekong River Commission (MRC) has estimated that it is possible capacity in converting water resources into energy in the entire country is about 18,000 MW (excluding the potential of the mainstream Mekong River), and some of these have been developed for us. Because Laos is located in the heart of the Greater Mekong Sub-region, it plays an important role through its land-linked nature, as well as its high-voltage transmission lines development potentials. Thus, the expansion of transmission lines with the neighboring countries in the Asian sub-region is essential to develop these potentials, in both domestic and sub-regional level, faster. National Strategic Plan of Laos claims that Laos will export electricity to neighboring countries such as Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. Independent producers' (IPP) plan of hydropower development on energy exports to Thailand for the 2020 installed capacity of about 6,507 MW and Vietnam for 2020, the total installed capacity of about 4,446 MW. And so now the country's energy sector, especially hydropower, have a significant impact on the country's economic growth, the formation of public policies aimed at the development of the industry, an effective domestic consumption and export, which is analyzed in the article. The author considers the current and in the stage of formation of investment projects aimed at the development of hydropower in Laos.
