ОРГАНИЗАЦИОННО-ПРАВОВЫЕ ОСНОВЫ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА СЛЕДСТВЕННОГО КОМИТЕТА РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

В статье проанализированы особенности организации международного сотрудничества Следственного комитета Российской Федерации в рамках задач по осуществлению полномочий данного федерального государственного органа. В работе, согласно Закону о Следственном комитете и Положению о Следственном комитете, определены субъекты сотрудничества СК РФ. Произведенный анализ позволил установить положительные результаты в процессе укрепления сотрудничества по вопросам оказания правовой помощи, координации совместных усилий в борьбе с международной преступностью, защиты интересов государства, а также прав и свобод человека и гражданина.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION OF THE INVESTIGATIVE COMMITTEE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article deals with the peculiarities of organization of international cooperation of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the resolution of the tasks on execution of powers of the Federal state authority. The author identifies the parties of cooperation of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation according to the Law on the Investigative Committee and the Regulation of the Investigative Committee. The undertaken analysis has revealed the positive results in the process of collaboration in the provision of legal assistance, coordination of joint measures on international crime control, protection of the interests of the state, as well as human and citizen rights and freedoms.
