Инновационное развитие государств-участников СНГ, проблемы и пути решения

Статья посвящена актуальному вопросу -инновационному развитию государств участников СНГ, проблемам, эффективным методам решения данных проблем, возможностям и пер спективам дальнейшего развития. В данной статье подробно рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с разработкой и внедрением инноваций. В заключении статьи авторы дают рекомендации, позволяю щие стабилизировать положение государств-участников СНГ при помощи привлечения инвестиций в научно-техническую сферу, формирования источников венчурного финансирования в государстве, ор ганизации рыночных взаимоотношений в инновационной сфере, использования модели государственно частного партнерства, вт.ч. с партнерами из стран дальнего зарубежья. На основе проведенных ис следований, установлено, что развитая структура организации и опыт взаимодействия, сформиро ванная правовая база и другие факторы позволят СНГ достаточно быстро трансформироваться в эффективную межправительственную организацию с высоким уровнем интеграции.

Innovative development of the State Parties of the CIS, problem and solution

The article deals with the actual question of innovative development of States-participants of the CIS, problems, effective methods of solving of performed problems, the opportunities and prospects of further development. This article details the problems related to the development and implementation of innovations. As a conclusion the authors give recommendations in order to stabilize the position of the States-participants of CIS by attracting investments in scientific and technical sphere, sources of venture financing, the organization of market relations in the innovative sphere, employment of public-private partnership models, including with part ners from foreign countries. On the basis of the conducted research, it was found that the CIS can quickly be transformed into effective intergovernmental organization with a high level of integration by means of implementa tion of well-developed organizational structure and experience, formed legal basis and other factors.
