Увеличение эффективности сбора налоговых доходов в Республике Кот-д’Ивуар

В статье описывается важность повышения сбора государственных доходов для развития республики Кот-д’Ивуар. Рассматриваются причины низких государственных доходов. Пред лагаются рекомендации по их увеличению. Сделан вывод, что правительство должно укреплять государственные институты, в особенности систему управления государственными финансами, с целью снижения нецелевого расходования средств бюджета, роста прозрачности исполнения бюдже та и повышения эффективности его управления.
