РЫНКИ НАУКОЕМКИХ И ВЫСОКОТЕХНОЛОГИЧНЫХ ОТРАСЛЕЙ: РОССИЙСКИЙ И МЕЖДУНАРОДНЫЙ

В статье анализируется зарубежный опыт развития наукоемких и высокотехнологичных отраслей, а также показано, что Россия идет пока по пути имитационного развития. При этом основной задачей становится не простое копирование технологий, а их адаптация и, прежде всего, развитие уже существующих наукоемких и высокотехнологичных отраслей в средней и долгосрочной перспективе. В современных условиях место той или иной страны в системе мирохозяйственных связей зависит от возможностей развития наукоемких и высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности. В статье проведен анализ состояния и тенденций развития мирового рынка высокотехнологичных и наукоемких отраслей. На основе статистических показателей представлена позиция Российской Федерации на мировых рынках высокотехнологичной (наукоемкой) продукции. Показано место России в рейтинге инновационных стран мира. Приводится перечень наиболее конкурентных областей развития в высокотехнологичных секторах, а также ключевых факторов лидерства.

MARKETS OF SCIENCE-INTENSIVE AND HIGH TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIES: RUSSIAN AND INTERNATIONAL

In the article we analyze foreign experience of development of high-tech industries, and shows that Russia still stay on the path of development of imitating. The main task is not a simple copy of technologies and their adaptation, and, first of all, development of the already existing high-tech industries in the medium and long term. Thus not simple copying of technology, and their adaptation, and, first of all, development of already existing knowledge-intensive and high-tech industries in average and long-term prospect becomes the main objective. In modern conditions the place of any country in the world economic system depends on opportunities of development of the knowledge-intensive and high-tech industries of the industry. We analyzed the status and trends of the world market of high-tech and knowledge-intensive industries. On the basis of statistical indicators presents the position of the Russian Federation on the world markets of high technology products. The article shows the place of Russia in the ranking of most innovative countries in the world. Provides a list of the most competitive areas of development in high-tech sectors, as well as the key factors of leadership.
