Unification of procedure for recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in the European Union: 5 new EU regulations 2012

This article examines five regulations adopted under the Stockholm Program of the European Union in 2012 and governing the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments: 1) Regulation № 1215/2012, 2) Regulation № 1024/2012, 3) Regulation № 650/2012 4) Regulation № 156/2012, 5) Regulation № 936/2012.
