Progress and results of research and development of group of hydrothermokarst caves in Old Matsesta's region are adduced in the article. The Old Matsesta's region is the most representative and attractive section of Matsesta's sulfide waters deposit, being the hydromineral base of resort-city of Sochi from 1882 to the present day.
