Механизмы выделения и защиты особо ценных земель - основа "зеленого" землепользования

Рассмотрены механизмы выделения и защиты особо ценных земель в качестве важнейшего элемента «зеленого» землепользования. Уточнено понятие особо ценных земель. Изложены действующие и предлагаемые подходы по выделению особо ценных земель, а также проанализированы критерии их определения.

Mechanisms for the Allocation and Protection of Valuable Land - Based "Green" Land Use

Mechanisms of allocation and protection of especially valuable lands as the most important element of "green" land use are considered. The concept of especially valuable lands is specified. The current and proposed approaches to the allocation of high-value lands, as well as analyzed the criteria for their definition.
