An Assessment of the Development Potential and Economic Infrastructure (on the Example of the Foreign States (The UAE) and the Region of the Russian Federation

Main purpose of the article is to conduct a multidimensional analysis of the resource potential and economic infrastructure in the process of the progressive socio-economic development of a region (at theexample of the UAE and The Republic of North Ossetia - Alania).
