Устойчивое развитие: эволюция подходов к оценке

В статье представлен обзор мирового и российского опыта разработки показате лей устойчивого развития -эволюция подходов к оценке развития и практика их применения. Проана лизированы проблемы при расчете показателей в странах с разным уровнем развития, а также слож ности межстранового сравнения показателей. Даны рекомендации по разработке показателей в обла сти развития в России. Показана необходимость использования показателей на региональном уровне, включения эколого-экономических индексов в дополнение к утвержденной системе показателей.

Sustainable development: evolution of assessment approache

The article presents an overview of the world and Russian experience in the development of indicators of sustainable development - the evolution of approaches to the assessment of development and the practice of their application. The problems in the calculation of indicators in countries with different levels of development, as well as the complexity of inter-country comparison of indicators. Recommendations on the development of indicators in the field of development in Russia are given. The necessity of using indicators at the regional level, including environmental and economic indices in addition to the approved system of indicators is shown.
