The fight against unfair competition in the EU and Mercosur: the main approaches of common law

The intensification of the modern world economic processes, contributing to the development of regional integration, almost everywhere could not affect the close cooperation in the creation of a unified mechanism of collective economic security and competitiveness, combining physical, organizational, financial, human and intellectual resources of individual countries. Maintaining competition at the proper level within the space of a single regional EU and Mercosur is one of the main economic and institutional problems. For Russia, the familiarity with the dynamic and ever-improving competition law developed such as the EU and MERCOSUR of interstate alliances is a priority for the study of national scientists, national legislators and lawyers of large companies plan to enter or expand operations in the foreign trade market. Comparative analysis of the main legal regulations in the field of competition law, EU and Mercosur, indicating an aspiration for harmonization through a common policy of antitrust can be helpful in reforming the Russian legislation on competition, which already relies heavily on the experience of EU antitrust regulation.
