На сегодняшний день глобализация рынков пищевых продуктов привела к необходимости решения проблемы безопасности и качества пищевой продукции, уменьшение рисков их негативного влияния на здоровье человека. Учитывая масштабность и актуальность этой проблемы Правительством РФ безопасность продукции отнесена к приоритетам развития отечественного агропромышленного комплекса. В данной статье автор считает одним из важных этапов решения данной проблем является внедрение систем менеджмента. Рассмотрены преимущества данной системы.
