"Hier op sprect Sente Dyonisius": роль ссылок на Пс.-Дионисия Ареопагита в переосмыслении наследия Майстера Экхарта в позднесредневековых Нидерландах

Цель данной статьи – прояснить роль и функцию ссылок на Пс.-Дионисия Ареопагита, которые в ряде позднесредневековых нидер- ландских рукописей сопрягаются с эксплицитными цитатами из сочинений Майстера Экхарта. В многочисленных средневековых нидерландских ком- пиляциях XIV–XV вв. используется немалое количество разнообразных тем и текстов Экхарта. Наиболее любопытными для целей данной статьи являются следующие: 1) анонимный диалог «Майстер Экхарт и мирянин» (ок. 1340); 2) один фрагмент в рукописи Ms. UFB Erfurt-Gotha, Ms. Memb. I 152, f. 1r – 2v; 3) рукопись Ms. Saint Petersburg, Library of the Academy of Sciences, O. N. 83 (рукопись происходит из монастыря Грунендаль); 4) Так называемые «Гасдонкские трактаты» (Gaesdonckse-traktatenhadschrift, Ms. Gaesdonck, Collegium Augustinianum 16); 5) рукопись Ms. Brussels, Royal Library 3067–3073, ff. 2r-9v; 6) рукопись Ms. Berlin, State Library 1084, ff. 33r-36v.Различные типы и способы цитирования корпуса Дионисия, как подлин- ные, так и фиктивные, в их использовании вместе с пассажами из сочи- нений Экхарта иллюстрируют то воздействие, которое эти нидерландские мистические тексты сыграли в формировании стратегии интерференции Пс.-Дионисия и Майстера Экхарта.

"Hier op sprect Sente Dyonisius": The References to Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite and their role in the re-evaluation of Meister Eckhart’s Heritage in Late Mediaeval Netherlands

This paper aims to clarify the role and function of references to Pseudo- Dionysius Areopagita contaminated together with explicit citations from works by Meister Eckhart that are incorporated in some late mediaeval Dutch manuscripts. Numerous Middle Dutch compilations from the 14th and 15th centuries involve a great variety of original Eckhartian topics and texts. The following six texts seem to be particularly relevant for the purpose of this paper:1) an anonymous dialogue entitled “Meister Eckhart and a Layman” (ca. 1340),2) a fragment in Ms. UFB Erfurt-Gotha, Ms. Memb. I 152, f. 1r – 2v, 3) Ms. Saint Petersburg, Library of the Academy of Sciences, O. N. 83 (fromGroenendaal), 4) Ms. Gaesdonck, Collegium Augustinianum 16 (Gaesdonckse- traktatenhadschrift), 5) Ms. Brussels, Royal Library 3067–3073, ff. 2r-9v, 6) Ms. Berlin, State Library 1084, ff. 33r-36v.Despite the condemnation of 28 Eckhart’s articles in the bulla “De agro dominico” (27th March, 1329), his name and ideas continued to attract attention of the authors and compilers of spiritual texts in the Netherlands. Although Eckhart’s legacy in the Low Countries was mainly preserved in non-academic circles, the authors or compilers of vernacular texts show in their writings that the most controversial views of Meister Eckhart (like the concept of the birth of God in the soul, of spiritual poverty, and of detachment) do not differ substantially from those of Dionysius. They obviously draw a close parallel, if not identity between Eckhart and Dionysius. Surely, they recognize the value, both spiritual and theological, of the Dionysian mystical theology tradition for the mystics of Meister Eckhart.This paper analyzes the central intentions of the use of the name of Pseudo- Dionysius in the Eckhart’s citations and shows how Dionysius is explicitly and unequivocally assimilated in the compiled late mediaeval mystical Dutch writings to the rehabilitation of works by Meister Eckhart. Different modes of the Dionysian citations, real or fictive, together with passages from works by Meister Eckhart, amply illustrate the impact of the strategy of interference of Pseudo-Dionysius and Meister Eckhart on Dutch mystical texts. We can make a number of interesting conclusions from this overview. First, “Dionysian citations” seem to play a role of legitimization for the incorporation of Eckhart’s excerpts in mystical Dutch manuscripts. Second, it has also become clear that we should not take these “citations” too seriously as indications of a presumable innate Dionysian element in all above-mentioned concepts of Eckhart.
