ЭКОНОМИКА ИННОВАЦИЙ В СЕЛЬСКОМ ХОЗЯЙСТВЕ

Данная статья посвящена экономическим аспектам аграрных инноваций. Рассмотрено влияние инноваций на рост производительности и рост общего фактора продуктивности в сельском хозяйстве. Проведен анализ роста производительности благодаря инновациям — в первую очередь, новым высокоурожайным сортам и гибридам. Однако российская селекция отстает от мировой, что для российского сельхозтоваропроизводителя означает увеличение расходов на оборотный капитал. Кроме того закупка зарубежной техники и технологий выращивания сельскохозяйственных культур увеличивает и основные средства сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Это в совокупности что приводит к уменьшению общего фактора продуктивности в сельском хозяйстве. Инновационный путь развития, как видно из опыта США, Германии и некоторых других стран, позволяет без большого увеличения затрат существенно повысить продуктивность в сельском хозяйстве, повысить доходы и улучшить благосостояние нации и России необходимо использование этого опыта для стимулирования развития инноваций в государственных научных учреждениях и частных фирм и корпораций.

ECONOMICS OF INNOVATIONS IN AGRICULTURE

This article is dedicated to economic aspects of agrarian innovations. Influence of innovations on growth of productivity and growth of the total factor productivity in agriculture is considered. The analysis of growth of productivity thanks to innovations and first of all to new high-yielding varieties and hybrids is carried out. However the Russian breeding is behind from world that for the Russian agricultural commodity producer means increase in expenses at working capital. Besides purchase of foreign know-how and equipment for cultivation of agricultural crops increases also the fixed capital of the agricultural enterprises. In aggregate that leads to reduction of the total factor productivity in agriculture. The innovative way of development, as it could be seen from experience of the USA, Germany and some other countries, allows to raise essentially without the big increase in expenses productivity in agriculture, to raise incomes and to improve well-being of the nation and Russia should use this experience for stimulation of the development of the innovations in the state scientific institutions and private companies and corporations.
