В статье анализируются особенности развития рынка ипотечного жилищного кредитования США. Определяются ключевые, существенно воздействующие на него факторы, раскрываются его количественно-качественные показатели. Оценивается влияние кризиса 2006-2007 годов на рынок ипотечного жилищного кредитования страны.

THE FEATURES AND THE DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MORTGAGE HOUSING CREDITING IN THE USA

In the article the features of development of the market of mortgage housing crediting of the USA are analyzed. Key factors essentially influencing it are defined, its quantitatively-quality indicators are revealed. The influence of the crisis of 2006-2007 on the market of mortgage housing crediting of the country is estimated.
