MULTICULTURAL POLICY'S INEFFECTIVENESS IN RESPECT OF CAUCASUS

Russian society still suffers from the created by mass-media stereotype the face of Caucasus' nationality. This provokes misunderstanding in appreciation terrorism in North Caucasus and shows weakness of multicultural policy.
