The results of chemical elements, immunoglobulins (sIgA, IgA, IgG) and laktofferina in mixed saliva of healthy women at different phases of the menstrual cycle. It was established that the concentration of B, Ca, Cu, Fe, Mn, P, Se, Si, Sn, Sr and Zn in mixed saliva was significantly higher in the follicular phase, and Al, Cd, Cr, J, K, Li, Mg, Ni, P, Pb and V − in the luteal (p < 0,05). The content of slgA and IgA in mixed saliva of healthy women was significantly higher in the follicular phase, and IgG, lactoferrin − in luteal phase. We found that a higher concentration of lactoferrin in mixed saliva was observed in the luteal phase than in the follicular (p < 0,05). In this case, the correlation coefficient between the values of lactoferrin in the FF and LF was (r = 0,88; p < 0,001). When comparing the quantitative content of microelements and lactoferrin in mixed saliva using correlative analysis was a direct correlation (p < 0,05): between the copper − lactoferrin (r = 0,56) in FF and (r = 0,66) in LF, manganese − lactoferrin (r = 0,72) in FF and (r = 0,60) in the LF and zinc - lactoferrin (r = 0,51) in FF and (r = 0,43) in LF. Thus, we have found that the rate of chemical elements, slgA, IgA, IgG and laktofferina mixed saliva of healthy women have a distinct monthly rhythm. The data obtained are essential for carrying out medical examination of women of childbearing age in order to identify the state of resistance of the organism, as well as optimizing ways to diagnose and treat diseases of lymphoid and immune systems.
