Автором рассматриваются основные положительные и отрицательные последствия выбора индивидуального предпринимательства как формы ведения бизнеса. В рамках концепции развития малого бизнеса автором также выдвигается ряд обоснованных способов разрешения проблем, с которыми сталкивается предприниматель. В статье сделан упор на необходимость реформирования действующего законодательства в области регулирования индивидуального предпринимательства с целью укрепления и роста малого бизнеса.

The Author takes into consideration the main positive and negative consequences of choosing sole proprietorship as a form of business. Due to the concept of developing small enterprises the Author also gives several reasonable ways of solving the problems the sole proprietor is faced with. The article pays the main attention to the necessity of reforming the current legislation concerning the sole proprietorship regulating in order of strengthening and developing of small enterprises.
