Заболеваемость студентов в период адаптации в вузе.

Изучена структура заболеваемости студентов в период с 2004 по 2009 гг. Установлено, что за данный период в стационаре поликлиники пролечилось студентов больше с такими нозологическими формами, как болезни органов дыхания, пищеварения, нервной и мочеполовой систем. Необходимо дальнейшее изучение процесса адаптации студентов в целях сохранения их здоровья.

The Disease Incidence of Students During the Adaptation Period at the University.

Adaptation of the person to new conditions of an inhabitancy in training is accompanied by pressure of mechanisms of regulation of functions of an organism. This pressure at healthy people in some cases is realised in the form of functional infringements of psycho-vegetative sphere, decrease in physical and intellectual working capacity, leads to deviations in a state of health. (1,2,3). Studying of problems of adaptation and working out of new methods and means of optimisation of a state of health of students especially from different klimato-geographical zones demand to itself the most steadfast attention, as groups with the lowest level protectively - adaptive reactions (1,3,4). Leading classes of diseases in 1998-2003 гг at students of the first year of training PFUR, according to the literature, were illnesses of bodies of breath, nervous system and digestion bodies (in % to number of trained students) N.V.Ermakova. We have decided to carry out the analysis of disease of Russian and foreign students PFUR of the first years of training of diseases from 2004 г on 2009 according to a hospital of a polyclinic №25. In adaptation of students at university of diseases for the investigated period illnesses of bodies of breath, digestion, nervous system and urogenital system, as at students of the first year of training PFUR in 1998-2003. Thus were conducting, we can confirm the scientific fact, that adaptation of students in high school is accompanied by pressure of mechanisms of regulation of functions of an organism and this pressure at healthy students leads to illness.
