Влияние психоэмоционального состояния больных с аритмиями на течение сердечной патологии.

Изучены характеристики личности и тревожно-депрессивных расстройств у пациентов с пароксизмальной атриовентрикулярно-реципрокной тахикардией в пред- и послеоперационном периоде радиочастотной катетерной аблации. Представлены методы профилактики развития кардиофобии и панических атак в отдаленном послеоперационном периоде у пациентов, перенесших успешное лечение пароксизмальной атриовентрикулярной узловой реципрокной тахикардии с помощью радиочастотной аблации медленного пути атриовентрикулярного соединения.

Psychoemotional Condition's Involment on Course of Heart Pathology in Patients with Arytmia.

This article is devoted to psychic disorders in 30 patients of cardiovascular department, admitted because of paroxysmal AV reciprocal tachycardia. Clinical and psychometric methods were used to revealed level of personal and situational anxiety, depressive mood level and type of personality. The course of psychic disorders before and after radiofrequency ablation operation were described. In 90% patients after radiofrequency ablation operation developed depressive mood, panic attacks and cardio phobia in stress situation. These disorders were effectively treated with paroxetin, mirtazapin, afobazol, sulpirid. The data were supported by screening all the patients by 4 most common scale for investigation of depression and anxiety levels (three time: before operation, after operation and in 21 days after psycho pharmacotherapy). The results of examination revealed improvement of both cardiac and psychic disorders and higher life quality and soon rehabilitation in patients treated after operation with standard doses of paroxetin.
