Данная статья посвящена тщательному анализу положений Французской конституции 1958 г. с философской точки зрения. Автор статьи делает некоторые предположения относительно причин включения тех или иных положений в текст Конституции и критикует установившийся политический строй. Кроме того, сомнению подвергаются теоретические исследования, авторы которых называют дуалистический режим правления во Франции в этот период полупрезидентским.

Two philosophical plans of the Constitution of France of 1958

This article focuses on a thorough analysis of the provisions of the French Constitution of 1958 from a philosophical point of view. The author of the article makes some assumptions about the reasons for the inclusion of certain provisions in the Constitution, and criticizes the established political order. In addition, he calls into question the theoretical studies in which the authors call a dualistic mode of government in France during this period semi-presidential.
