Данная статья посвящена комплексному анализу конституционно-правовых механизмов контроля бюрократии в институте президентства США. При исследовании данного вопроса автор обращался ко многим первоисточникам, провел исторический анализ реформ, осуществленных разными президентами США за длительный период времени. Анализу подверглись реформы, связанные с преобразованием административного аппарата президента. Выявлены основные направления таких преобразований и их цели.

Constitutional and legal mechanisms to control the bureaucracy in the Institute in the U.S. presidency

This article focuses on the comprehensive analysis of constitutional and legal mechanisms to control the bureaucracy in the institution of the presidency the United States. In studying this question the author addresses many primary sources, conducts a historical analysis of the reforms undertaken by various U.S. presidents over a long period of time. The author conducts the analysis of the reforms associated with the transformation of the administrative office of the president. He detects the basic directions of reforms and their goals.
