The condition of agrarian sector of the country directly is connected with structure of all economy. On the end of current year under forecasts ОЭСР the Russian economy has left a sharp phase of crisis. The potential of domestic economy makes 1,6 %, in 2010 growth of gross national product can reach 4,9 %. Present growth of the markets is not supported by fundamental factors. In essence at us all economy is based on processing of natural resources.
