ПРИЧИНЫ НЕУСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ КАСПИЙСКОГО РЕГИОНА

Дается краткая оценка экологической и геополитической ситуации в Каспийском регионе, сформулированы основные причины нечувствительности прибрежных стран к деградации экосистемы Каспия. Проведен сравнительный анализ стран Каспийского региона по индексу экологических достижений (ИЭД).

ABOUT CAUSES OF UNSUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CASPIAN REGION'S COASTAL COUNTRIES

It is given a short environmental and geopolitical situation's assessment in the Caspian region, basic causes of the coastal countries' insensitiveness to ecosystem's degradation of the Caspian is formulated. It is shown comparable analyze of the Caspian's coastal countries upon the Environmental Performance Index (EPI).
