Constitutional Consolidation of the Competence of the Russian Federation Judicial Bodies

The article is devoted to the problems of legal consolidation of the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation judicial bodies. The research is based on the analysis of the scientific studies of Russian authors, federal legislation, decisions of the Constitutional Court of Russia. The investigation reveals the flaws of legal regulation of the current legislation.
