В статье рассматриваются методические вопросы изучения темы «Международная интеграция» в школьном курсе географии на профильном уровне по учебнику В.Н.Холиной «География. Профильный уровень». Особое внимание уделено приемам изучения причин вступления стран в экономические и торговые союзы, опыта создания и развития крупнейших экономических интеграций разных типов (Европейский союз, НАФТА, АТЭС), сравнительной характеристике интеграционных объединений, методике изучения региональных диспропорций стран Европейского союза
