SYSTEM MECHANISMS OF STRUCTURAL MODERNIZATION MANAGEMENTS OF ELECTRIC POWER INDUSTRY OF RUSSIA
In the article the reasons of increase in sharpness degree of uncertainty of situational economic-technological configurations of development of electropower corporations in Russia are considered. The author affirms that modernization of power of Russia should base on strengthening of the state control over the economic-legal environment, institutional infrastructure and large power the companies.
