Острый бронхиолит у детей

В лекции представлены сведения об эпидемиологии, этиологии, патогенезе и патоморфологии, клинике и диагностике острого бронхиолита у детей. Отдельно описан вклад респираторно-синцитиального вируса в его развитие. Дана характеристика факторов риска тяжелого течения заболевания, приведена информация о дифференциальной диагностике, естественном течении, исходах и прогнозе бронхиолита. Приведена современная классификация заболевания. Подходы к терапии и профилактике охарактеризованы с позиций доказательной медицины.

Acute bronchiolisis in children

The lecture presents data about the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis and pathomorphology, clinical picture and diagnosis of acute bronchiolitis in children. Particular attention is paid to an impact of respiratory syncytial virus in its development. A characteristic of risk factors for a severe course of disease is given, information on a differential diagnosis, natural course, outcomes and prognosis of bronchiolitis is presented. A modern classification of disease is offered. Approaches to therapy and prevention are characterized from the positions of evidence-based medicine.
