Особенности правового положения земель лесного фонда в США

Features of a legal status of the land of forest fund in the USA

The applicant of the chair of Land and Ecological Law of the Peoples` Friendship University of Russia V.A. Lamash (e-mail: 6425756@mail.ru) and the head of the same chair, Ph.D. in Law V.F. Pon`ka (e-mail: Vfponka@mail.ru) consider questions defining features of a legal status of the forest lands in the USA. In the content of article the major aspects, concerning the main legislative regulations establishing criteria of reference of the lands to forest fund, and a range of features of management by a legal regime of the forest lands in the USA are included.
