This work is devoted to the study of the impact of posttraumatic hypoxia on the morpho-functional condition of the kidneys in spontaneously traumatized animals. As a result, it was determined that the infringement of the blood volume of up to 20% defines the changes of serum indicators of blood, which correspond to the pre-renal nephritic insufficiency. Animals with infringement of the blood volume of about 20 - 40% register changes, which describe the initial phase of pre-renal (irreversible) nephritic insufficiency. Opportune diagnosis and correction of the accumulation of hypoxic processes in the kidneys allow us to reveal the primary damages of the functional activities of the kidneys avoid the development of renal insufficiency in the posttraumatic period and also coordinate treatment measures and heighten the survival percentage of animals.
