В настоящей статье рассматривается круг вопросов, связанных с возможностями участия некоммерческих организаций в финансировании здравоохранения.Исследуемые проблемы можно разделить на две части: в первой анализируется структура финансовых источников некоммерческих организаций, сложившаяся в Российской Федерации. Вторая часть посвящена описанию отдельных инструментов взаимодействия государства и некоммерческих организаций в области финансирования здравоохранения.

POSSIBILITY OF NONCOMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS IN FINANCIAL PROVISION OF HEALTHCARE

In the article, the issues concerning the possibilities of noncommercial organizations to take part in financial provision of health care are considered.The problems discussed can be divided in two parts: in the first part, the structure of financial resources of noncommercial organizations existing in the Russian Federation is analyzed. The second part is devoted to description of various tools of interaction between the state and noncommercial organization in the field of healthcare financial provision.
