Особенности местного иммунитета у студентов из различных климатических регионов

Приведены результаты содержания иммуноглобулинов (IgM, IgA, slgA, IgG), лактофферина, активности лизоцима и бактерицидных свойств ротовой жидкости у студентов из различных природно-климатических регионов. Установлено, что концентрация slgA, лактоферрина и активность лизоцима в смешанной слюне российских студентов были достоверно выше, чем у иностранных (р<0,05). При этом у студентов из Юго-Восточной Азпи концентрация slgA и лактоферрина достоверно выше, чем у студентов из стран Центральной Африки (р<0,05).

Feature of Local Immunity in the Students from Various Climatic Regions

The results of contents immunoglobulins (slgA, IgA, IgG, IgM), lactoferrin and activities lysozyme in unstimulated whole saliva in the students from various climatic regions was given in this article. Is surveyed 97 practically of healthy men aged 19 to 25 years. According to an object in view 3 groups surveyed according to region of their constant residence were is generated. The first group (33 men) was submitted by the radical inhabitants of Central Africa (CA, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Gambia). The second group (31 men) consist of the radical inhabitants of South East Asia (SEA, India, Bangladesh). The third group was made by the students constantly living in Moscow (34 men). The results researches of the condition of bodies and fabrics of the oral cavity in the students from various climatic regions have shown, that the prevalence of the caries in the third group was rather high - 69,8 %, in the first group was defined the little bit below - 58,5 %, and in second -50,3 %(p< 0,001). Is established, that the greatest intensity of the caries (on caries index) is revealed at surveyed of the third group and has made 3,72 numbers. In the second and first groups the same law was marked, but the meanings significantly are lower - 2,84 and 3,25, accordingly. Is established, that the concentration of slgA, lactoferrin and activity lysozyme in unstimulated whole saliva in the Russian students significantly was higher, than in foreign (p < 0,05). Thus in the students from SEA the concentration slgA and lactoferrin significantly is higher, than from the countries of the CA (p < 0,05).
