КОНСТИТУЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ДЕТЕЙ ПЕРВЫХ ТРЕХ ЛЕТ ЖИЗНИ С ТИМОМЕГАЛИЕЙ

CONSTITUTIONAL FEATURES OF BABIES AND CHILDREN WITH THYMOMEGALY

The clinical study of locomotional and psychiatrical development, including thorough family anamnesis study, was performed among the group of children with enlarged thymus. The interconnections between types of locomotional and neurological development were analised. The main group was by this divided into four subgroups, according to the psychiatry status: 1 – 36 children with scizotypic signs (40 %), 2 – 30 hyperactive children (33 %), 3 – 19 children with hyperthymia signs (21 %), 4 – normal children (6 %).The locomotional development of schizotypic children had asynchrony signs. Their mimic movements were poor. They could hardly differentiate “relatives” from “strangers”. 67 % of them started talking from3 year age.Hyperactive children were more mentally and emotionally active. But their concentrative ability was poor. They were emotionally unstable, occasionally had some “hysteric” or “agressive” reactions. They mainly had some retardations rather than asynchrony in the locomotional development.Hyperthymic children were almost normally active, but also had some asynchrony in the locomotional development.Last group of children had no pathological signs.Deviations of locomotional and psychiatrical development correlated with the thymomegaly grade in children.
