THE STUDY THE REGULATORY T-CELLS CONTENT IN THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD OF PROSTATE CANCER PATIENTS

Regulatory T-cells (Treg) may block antitumor immune responses. Recent observations showed that the prevalence of Treg is increased in cancer patients, particularly in the tumor environment. Our studies focus on the defining Treg as CD4+CD25+ lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of prostate cancers patients. The increasing of Treg was shown in 60% of studied patients.
