Основные результаты региональной интеграции в Центральной Африке

Проведена оценка региональной интеграции драйверов, сильные и слабые стороны которых помогут понять эффективность региональной интеграции в регионе. Для оценки использована методология SWOT, которая помогает сохранить основные элементы, объясняя исполнение региональной интеграции в Центральной Африке. This paper aims at suggesting concrete measures to address the numerous obstacles (political, economic, institutional and financial) which explain why the regional integration process is still lagging in Central Africa despite its long history and institutional background. Structural measures proposed by the authors to boost CEMAC stemmed from a thorough assessment of CEMAC's performance resting essentially on SWOT's methodology.
