Вульвовагинит — заболевание, часто встречающееся в практике детского гинеколога, и одно из самых распространенных среди гинекологической патологии у девочек в препубертатном периоде и девочек-подростков. Причины, патогенез, диагностика этого заболевания и ведение пациентов существенно различаются в зависимости от периода полового созревания. Вместе с тем жалобы могут быть сходными: зуд, жжение и раздражение в области влагалища и наружных половых органов. Возраст пациентки, а также анамнез заболевания и предъявляемые жалобы определяют тактику ведения и лечения вульвовагинита в каждом конкретном случае. Лечение, помимо назначения медикаментозной терапии, должно включать обучение девочек правилам личной гигиены, а также при необходимости терапию основного заболевания, извлечение инородного тела и дегельминтизацию.
Vulvovaginitis is one of the most common pathologies that occurs in the practice of a pediatric gynecologist. This disease is the most common among gynecological diseases of pre-pubertal and adolescent girls. The causes, pathogenesis, diagnosis and management of patients are significantly different for patients of different developmental periods. At the same time, both groups of patients present the same complaints, including itching, burning and irritation in the vagina and in the external genital area. The age of the patient, as well as anamnesis of the disease and presented with complaints determines the tactics of management and treatment of vulvovaginitis in each specific case. The treatment, in addition to the prescription of drug therapy, should include the girl’s training in personal hygiene, as well as, if necessary, treatment of the underlying disease, removal of the foreign body and deworming.
