It was found, that UVC (254nm) in dose range 6-600 J/m2 in vitro accelerates apoptosis of human peripheral blood neutrophils in dosedependent manner, with the saturation occurs under UVC doses of 250-300J/m2. γ-irradiation in dose of 2Gr asselerates neutrophils apoptosis, whils the irradiation in doses of 10 and 20 Gr suppress it (for the 9 hours of the cultivation). LPS (lug/ml) suppress UVC-induced neutrophils apoptosis. At use of glucocorticoids observed reduction of expressiveness apoptosis process. Antiadrenergic drug operated in the opposite direction; the percent(interest) apoptosis PMN in the given technique of research has been increased by 15%. Blockade (antiadrenergic drug) restored (slowed down) expressiveness apoptosis process. These data show, that sensitivity polymorphonuclear cells to apoptosis to stimulus differs from sensitivity immune system.
