Rewiew of oil-extracting and oil-refining industry in Bashkortostan region

The article is devoted to the problems of modern oil-refining industry in Bashkortostan region. The ways to solve the problems are included. There is a short historical review of the industry progress. The article also covers most important oil-fields and oil- refining companies.
